PARK FOOD FEST
Novigrad-Cittanova
The two-day gastronomic event, known as the Novigrad Festival of Good Food, Wine, and Craft Beer, takes place from early afternoon until late evening in one of Novigrad's most beautiful parks, Fisherman's Park, located in the Mandrač Harbor, in the heart of the old town.
The festival focuses on local and seasonal ingredients, with a special emphasis on fish and seafood, and the dishes combine traditional Istrian cuisine with modern street food trends. The event is much more than just a gastronomic event: visitors can enjoy a program of entertainment and music, guided tastings, and children's activities, linking the festival to a family experience, local culture, and education.
Through its various editions, the Park Food Fest promotes local producers, Novigrad's fishing and gastronomic tradition, encourages the use of seasonal and indigenous products, and contributes to the development of sustainable gastronomy and short supply chains in the region.
