The County of Istria - Regione Istriana strives to make its websites accessible in accordance with the Act on Accessibility of Websites and Software Solutions for Mobile Devices of Public Sector Bodies of the Republic of Croatia (Official Gazette 17/19; hereinafter referred to as: the Act) transposing Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites and mobile applications (OJ L 327, 2.12.2016).

Degree of Compliance
The website http://www.istraecoxperience.com is compliant with the Act. If certain discrepancies are noticed, the Administrative Department for Tourism of the County of Istria will remove them, to the extent possible, and all existing and newly published contents will be adjusted to the accessibility requirements.

This Statement was drawn up on 28 April 2021, according to the Accessibility Statement Template in line with Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of public sector bodies' websites and mobile applications, established by the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523.
The assessment of compliance with accessibility requirements is the result of a self-assessment made by the Administrative Department for Tourism of the County of Istria. The Statement was last reviewed on 280 April 2021. The Administrative Department for Tourism of the County of Istria will regularly revise this Statement to eliminate the reasons for which certain contents were inaccessible.
