The villa is situated on an area of 5.000 m², fenced with a beautiful handmade wall of local Istrian stone. The large garden allows you to enjoy open door activities like football, badminton or volleyball, or simply to chill out and breathe the fresh air in the shade of trees of a nearby forest. Close to the kitchen, there is a small spiral aromatic garden with rosemary, sage, dill, parsley, oregano, thyme, lemon balm, mint … Feel free to pick a stem of spices and simply add them to your dishes. This is the most common and the most natural way to spice up your meals or enrich your cocktails with special freshness and unique flavor. There are several fruit trees on the property, and depending on the time of year, you will be able to taste the flavor of fresh picked mirabelle plums, pears, figs, quince or walnuts. Simply enjoy being immersed in nature.

The 170 m2 villa can accommodate 6-8 people on two floors. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen open to a terrace with art sitting area, dining area in a spacious living room with fireplace and large sofa, satellite TV and DVD, small library, and wine-bar built in the former water reservoir with the old flooring and family antiques. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (Entoni’s and Martin’s room), with double beds (one with possibility of tween beds) all with SAT- TV, shower / WC and exit to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also an extra toilet.

On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom (Gran Marten) with king size bed, a sofa bed, cooling and heating, private bathroom with shower / WC and SAT- TV, small terrace with forest view and a large terrace with whirlpool hot tube for 5-6 people and relaxation area.
