Description
An exhibition entitled "See Art, the Art of Change" has opened in the Museum and Gallery of the Holy Heart. This is a major exhibition project and one of the largest guest appearances by the Museum of Arts and Crafts, at a time when the museum building was closed for renovation after the earthquake. Created precisely during that transitional period, the exhibition will present to the public more than 145 selected masterpieces from the rich museum holdings, questioning their meanings and changes over time. In Gallery C8, the exhibition "Veruda 1597" has opened, which talks about the research of a Venetian shipwreck from 1597 near Fratarski Otok. Underwater archaeologists presented various remains of a Venetian ship that was looted and sunk by the Uskoks near the island in the late 16th century.
