Geological Monument of Nature Fantasy Quarry/Cava di Monfiorenzo
Description
The Fantazija quarry, also known as Cava di Monfiorenzo, is located near Rovinj. Since 1986, it has been a geological monument of nature due to the fact that the site represents a unique example of limestone sedimentology, and is one of the most important and interesting quarries in the world.
