The Vrsar Municipality Tourist Board organizes Amaretto Day, an event dedicated to the valorization of the local hazelnut dessert and the preservation of heritage. The event has been awarded two national awards and is a finalist for the prestigious European ECTN award. At Degrassi Square in the old town of Vrsar, visitors can enjoy workshops, amaretto tastings, a music program throughout the day, a children's corner and interpretive content that combines gastronomy, tradition and creative experience.
